Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Deaf Dog Records to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Contractual Partner
The purchase agreement is concluded with Deaf Dog Records e.K., Owner: Bernd Bloedorn, Feuerbergstraße 4a, 22337 Hamburg, Commercial Register: District Court Hamburg, HRA 113750.
Conclusion of Contract
- The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.
- By clicking the [Place order and pay] button, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page.
- Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order either by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order, or when the ordered goods are paid for immediately (e.g. by credit card, PayPal or another payment method offered via our payment service provider Mollie).
Right of Withdrawal
- If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for purposes that are not primarily related to your trade, business, or profession), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal as a consumer, you shall bear the regular costs of returning the goods.
- In all other respects, the provisions of the following cancellation policy apply.

Right of Withdrawal
- You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you use this option, we will promptly send you (e.g., by email) a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal.
- You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can also declare your withdrawal using the “Withdraw contract” button on our website.
- To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
- If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
- You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
- You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system.
Payment by cash on delivery is not offered.
Delivery
Payment is made in advance.
You can pay via our payment service provider Mollie using the payment methods shown during the ordering process, or choose prepayment by bank transfer; in this case you will receive our bank details with the order confirmation by e-mail.
The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment. The delivery time is no more than one week after receipt of payment.
Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Deaf Dog Records until full payment has been received.
Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
